Mike and Della sponsored the 1st Charity Poker run in October 2024 and raised $1,650 for Teen Angels! Everyone had so much fun, they are doing it again. Instead of motorcycles, they are playing it safe and using golf carts. Advance registration is preferred so that they can arrange to have enough golf carts available.

This event takes place in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach on Thursday, September 18th at noon. If you do not register in advance, show up at 11am to do so.

The fee to enter is $20 in advance, $25 the day of. You will travel by golf cart to the 5 different locations listed on the flyer and draw a card from the deck at each location. The best poker hand at the end wins. You will have the option of purchasing an additional card for $5. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and lots of prizes. You’ll spend approximately an hour at each location providing time to eat and drink (at your expense). Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided at the last location. All proceeds will be

donated to Teen Angels which is a program of the Rotary Club of Little River. Teen Angels is dedicated to providing a happy and fulfilling high school experience for students suffering unforeseen obstacles.
