We do lots of other service projects such as foods drives at Thanksgiving and Christmas, sorting clothes at Fostering Hope, cleaning roadsides.

Rotary Club of Little River – Senior Christmas Party-December 12, 2025

What a joyful and heartwarming day! Our Rotary Club was thrilled to host this year’s Senior Christmas Party, welcoming 67 wonderful seniors through the Horry County Council on Aging. The event was held at Rotarian Pastor Tom Holloway’s Faith Wesleyan Church in Little River.

Our members provided a special gift for every senior, which were in beautifully decorated bags by our Early Act students at the North Myrtle Chrisian School. Light refreshments were provided, along with a surprise visit from Santa Claus (aka Rotarian Mary Richardson) and his Elf (aka JoAnn Stevens) and a festive holiday sing-along that had everyone smiling and joining in!

The seniors had so much fun, and it was truly uplifting to see the happiness on their faces. This is what Rotary is all about — great people coming together to do great things for our community.
